continued to live there after the utilities where cut off.  He filled the crapper without water to flush the toilet.  Place got pretty bad.  See company employed by GMAC.  Has been broken into over the years.  A few years ago a homeless person was living in the stairwell leading the 2nd floor apartment.  Homeless person was a smoker, and someone saw the light from her cigarette.  Was broken in Spring of 2007, and copper water pipe was stolen.  Roof needs repair.  Still has beautiful woodwork inside (unless damaged from leak in the roof).  Has been boarded at rear to prevent further vandalism.  GMAC is ensuring grass is being mowed very 7-10 days.  Front porch needs replacement, or someone will fall through.  See County, OH for details, and history.  Owner forced to move when her company left Ohio.  Much work done on house through various local and federal programs.  Also has a second house on property with a Chapin Street address in the 400 block.  Has been recently sealed after much vandalism during winter and spring.  Looks like lawn is now being maintained.
