From Wonder World Dr. into the town it is avisable to use the sidewalk. From Bishop into the square riding on the road is possible.
Some jerk drivers though. If you want a calmer route into/out of town take either one of the parallel streets of Hopkins: San Antonio St. or MLK Dr.
