There are docks where you can tie up. You can easily explore downtown Portland (on the west side) and SE Portland from here. This is very close to the Rose Garden where the Blazers play. This is a state marine park with docks and campsites. We spend a week here every summer swiming and enjoying the nice beaches and good swiming.
