There is an English-speaking waiter  that can help you with the menu.  Even though it’ll probably be busy, try to arrive after 10:30pm to catch the local scene. My favorite is Kotobuki, a japanese restaurant. Ask for a table at the window and enjoy the amazing views: Marina da Glória(Gloria's Marina), Praia de Botafogo(Botafogo Beach) and Pão de Açucar(Sugar Loaf). Three amazing attractions from Rio at once! If you don't like Japanese food, there are many other in the same floor.
